Return Policy

A2Z Mobility wants to be sure that the purchase made is the right purchase. We understand that sometimes it does not fit or it was not what was being looked for. We will be glad to return purchases within 14 days of the date on the original purchase receipt with some conditions. Please call our office at 416-757-8448 to receive a “Return Authorization (RA)” number. Once you have received the RA number you can send the item(s) back to A2Z Mobility Inc. A2Z Mobility Inc. is NOT responsible nor will pay for the cost of shipping returns.

A2Z Mobility Inc. will accept returns only if:

  • Items must have a Return Authorization(RA) number
  • Items are returned 14 days after the RA is issued
  • Product(s) must be in original retail packaging
  • All parts that accompany the product are in the original packaging.
  • Product has no evidence of being damaged or used

 

NOT ACCEPTED RETURNS:

  • Products not in original retail packaging
  • Products without an RA number
  • Some bathroom safety due to hygiene reasons
  • Custom/Special orders
  • Cushions
  • Ordered replacement parts
  • Products that do not meet Manufactures Return policies.
